While each of these matters can be troubling and costly, I work diligently to assist you in negotiating a satisfactory resolution in an effort to avoid protracted court battles. I will no longer be litigating (going to court) or even coming on record to represent people. I will be consulting in the background for people to represent themselves or when they are in mediation (see Cooperative Approach / Consulting page), in both cases to try and reach agreements. If it ends up going to litigation or you just need full representation (on record) for any reason, I would provide referrals to take it over. I will also be providing mediation (see Mediation page), in which case I would be a neutral and would not be advocating for either side, but assisting with paperwork and negotiation of agreements. All services, consulting and mediation, are provided virtually, with no in person appointments offered. All communications are via Zoom, email or phone.
